Wildwood Escot

Class Two had a brilliant, frosty day at Wildwood Escot near Exeter this week. When we arrived we conquered the maze and created our own necklaces. Then we went on a wintery walk to meet the red squirrels and to make pixie dens in the woods. After lunch we went to see the owls, wolves, wild boar, wildcats, linx, otters and the beautiful Arctic fox. It was a fantastic day and we learned a great deal about how the animals survive in their natural habitats.
